Thomes Birch Plywood Flooring
We have used our experience in the industry to develop custom full-size panels and CNC cut-out parts made of Heksa Baltic Birch plywood used by one of North America’s largest automotive companies. Our plywood meets class E1 according to EN 13986 and CARB Phase 2 requirements.

Riga birch plywood
Riga birch plywood is one of the most durable and lightweight materials available, making it ideal for use in the transport industry. T-Hexa
T-HEXA birch plywood coated with phenol or melamine films is a decorative slip-resistant birch plywood that can be easily machined. The films used are with improved resistance against abrasion, bacteria, insects, and fungi. Melamine films are UV resistant.
This plywood is chemical and weather-resistant and easy to clean with a nominal thickness ranging from 6,5 to 40,0mm and a limit tolerance of ±3,5 mm.
TCL 8×4
T C L 8×4 is a special type of plywood designed for use in trailers. It is made from 100% Baltic birch, which makes it solid and durable. The plywood also has good mechanical properties, making it ideal for CNC machining.
The 8×4 panel size is perfect for many applications, and it can be easily drilled and machined, making it an ideal choice for the trailer industry. However, it is essential to note that any exposed wood must be treated with epoxy paint to prevent moisture absorption.
