Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most from engineers, procurement teams, and distributors across North America.

Baltic birch plywood is manufactured from solid birch veneers throughout - no filler woods, no voids. Each layer is cross-grained for dimensional stability, resulting in consistent thickness, superior screw-holding strength, and a clean edge profile that regular construction plywood can't match. It's the standard for applications where structural integrity and appearance both matter.

We carry Baltic birch plywood in standard panel sizes from 60 x 60 inches up to 6 x 12 feet, with custom cut sizes available on request. Thicknesses range from 3 mm to 36 mm depending on the product line, so whether you need ultra-thin aircraft-grade sheets or heavier panels for flooring and forming, we can match the spec to your application.

We ship throughout Canada and the United States, For larger volume orders, we also coordinate direct mill shipments, including full container loads, and handle the logistics and customs process from mill to your facility.

All of our plywood meets strict formaldehyde emissions standards and is fully compliant with CARB-2 and TSCA Title 6 regulations. Every shipment goes through quality checks for core gaps, weight, and nail-holding capacity, and we can provide factory lab test reports for your reference.

Warehouse delivery pulls from our existing Ontario and Quebec inventory, so it's the faster option for standard orders and smaller quantities. Container-direct shipments come straight from the mill and are better suited to large-volume orders, since we manage the full logistics and customs process to get the order from overseas to your facility.
